Bodybuilders… When do you need to eat protein?
In the past, I don’t eat too much high protein foods because I am a “rice eater”, you know what I mean. I can survive eating little protein foods with 4-5 cups of rice but not anymore. I realized that I won’t be able to have big muscles by doing that. I’ve learned that in the morning, my body is burning muscles for energy. I was not able to eat during my sleeping hours so I eat high sources of protein to prevent muscle wasting.I eat protein between meals to continue feeding my muscles.I also eat protein before and after the workout to promote growth and repair my muscles and lastly, before I go to bed. I will not be eating for long hours so I need to eat enough protein to build my muscles. I don’t know if this works to you but for me, it really works. Don’t just have a workout without eating enough protein. Your muscles won’t be grow. I hope this information really helped a lot to all people out there. I hope you’ll give some comment.. If you want to have big muscles, do something. You can’t just have big muscles without doing anything. First of all, protein is needed to have big muscles. One source of protein is the white egg..First, I need to explain why we need to eat white egg. One egg contains 6 grams of protein.It has also a high source of protein compared to other protein foods. It also contains different amino acids which build and recover muscles. So, do you understand it? The next thing you need to do is to build your muscles. You need to have a workout. Build your triceps, biceps and abs….You need to be consistent in doing this..Do not cheat. Your the only one who can’t benefit from it. It needs hard work and consistency but do not overdo it. You can’t just build your muscles by just sitting down…. Now, your ready to have big and attractive muscles. Eat plenty of protein especially the white egg and other sources of protein..Again, protein to repair and build your muscles. Work harder and do your best…
Do you know that egg white is very nutritious… It is used by body builders and all people around there who wants to be healthy… It is an excellent source of protein. It prevents rickets and scurvy.
