Bodybuilders… When do you need to eat protein?

In the past, I don’t eat too much high protein foods because I am a “rice eater”, you know what I mean. I can survive eating little protein foods with 4-5 cups of rice but not anymore. I realized that I won’t be able to have big muscles by doing that. I’ve learned that in the morning, my body is burning muscles for energy. I was not able to eat during my sleeping hours so I eat high sources of protein to prevent muscle wasting.I  eat protein between meals to continue feeding my muscles.I also eat protein before and after the workout to promote growth and repair my muscles and lastly, before I go to bed. I will not be eating for long hours so I need to eat enough protein to build my muscles. I don’t know if this works to you but for me, it really works. Don’t just have a workout without eating enough protein. Your muscles won’t be grow. I hope this information really helped a lot to all people out there. I hope you’ll give some comment..
